By accessing and using LTNProperties.ca ("the Website", "our Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

LTN Properties is a Canadian property marketplace providing:

• Property listing and search functionality for buyers and renters
• Advertiser tools for sellers and landlords to promote properties
• Photo and media hosting for property listings
• Secure messaging and contact features between buyers and advertisers
• Listing analytics and view statistics for advertisers

Advertiser Accounts and Registration

To list properties, you must create an advertiser account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your listings
• Maintain and promptly update your account and listing information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Listing Standards and Acceptable Use

All property listings must comply with the following standards. You may not use the Service:

• To post false, misleading, or inaccurate property information
• To list properties you do not own or have authority to list
• To violate any applicable local, provincial, or federal laws
• To transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content
• To distribute spam or other unsolicited communications
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To collect personal information about other users without consent
• To post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Listing Photos and Media

When uploading photos and media to your listings:

• You confirm you own or have the right to use all uploaded content
• Photos must accurately represent the listed property
• You grant LTN Properties a non-exclusive license to display your photos on the platform
• We reserve the right to remove photos that violate these terms without notice

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on LTNProperties.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LTN Properties or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

No-Charge Property Listings

During the new launch of LTN Properties, there is no charge to create an account or list a house until it is sold. No credit card or payment information is required to publish a standard property listing.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LTN Properties does not verify the accuracy of listing information and is not responsible for any transactions between buyers and sellers. In no event shall LTN Properties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
